Learn how to jump and jive with Swing! Excellent for communication, balance, and of course, overall exercise. Plus it's a lot of fun, and no partner is required, making it a great way to meet new people.

Aerial yoga takes traditional yoga poses and brings them into the air with the use of an aerial hammock. It creates a fresh challenge when it comes to mindfulness and strength, providing physical and mental benefits in the form of a unique, total body workout. You will find yourself focusing on muscle engagement as well as relaxation and alignment, much like traditional yoga, but with the added element of counteracting gravity, which can help increase flexibility, release tension, and build strength.

Friday

9:30 am ~ Yin Yang
Instructor: Tina Erwin Duer
Yin Yan starts with meditation to calm the mind and practice with intention. Then we move into yin yoga by holding poses for 3-6 minutes to reach fascia and connective tissues. Next we compliment with yang energetic yoga to raise the vibe of the practice, focusing on breath throughout, and end with nourishing savasana.

Saturday

9:00 am ~ Strong Flow
Instructor: Julia Davis Sokovikova
Strong Flow is a dynamic 60-minute morning practice that is focused on the connection of breath and movement. It is designed to help you develop strength, balance, and mobility. With consistent practice and focused intention you will build lean muscles and a strong core. Students of all levels are welcomed to join the practice. The instructor provides modifications and variations for the poses.

Saturday Stretch is a slow paced and gentle practice that is focused on stretching the body, slowing the breath, and calming the mind. It is designed to help you develop flexibility as well as release muscle tension. We will work on passive and active stretches, holding poses for longer periods of time. Students of all levels are welcomed to join this soothing practice. The instructor provides modifications with props such as blocks, bolsters, and yoga straps.
